Originally developed as an interactive stage set for a live forum theatre play, Pipeline Pinball is “A Little Activist Theatre in a Game.” In Level One you play fossil fuel points against alternative energy points and in Level Two world oil demand automatically ramps up global warming. Thematically, the message of this humourously subversive serious game is that we can’t afford to ignore alternative energy development while we exploit existing world oil to its inevitable depletion.
